Samsung repeatedly said that Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be released in its Galaxy Note devices this quarter. And this is finally happening.

Samsung Galaxy Note already has Android 4.0 ICS

Some users in Germany and the Netherlands have reported that their Galaxy Notes already have (as of today) of an update of Android 4.0 ICS.

As previously reported, the update includes exclusive applications such as S-Pen, S Note and S Memo.

Chances are that all owners Galaxy Note receiving Android ICS in the coming weeks – although the exact date of the update depends on the country (or each operator of mobile telephony, for those who do not have unlocked Notes).
